MY STORY

Chef Victor began his culinary career in the U.S. Navy and graduated from their Mess Management Specialist School. His first assignment was at the Pentagon, where he landed a position as the staff chef for the Secretary of the Navy. After many years of honing his craft there, he went on to become the Executive Chef for the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C.

Next, he relocated to South Florida and found a career that combined two passions in his life – cooking and traveling. He spent the next several years traveling the world and preparing gourmet meals for the rich and famous as a Mega-Yacht Chef on high-end yacht charters. Constantly building his brand, while on his travels, Chef Victor had the unique opportunity to experience many different cultures and their food straight from the source whether it was the South of France, the Greek Isles, or the Amalfi Coast, the techniques he learned are invaluable.
